Villa Yasmila is a beautiful home which became available for rental in May 2019. Everything has been thought of; new beds, a fully equipped kitchen, heatable swimming pool. The plot is closed and you can park your car on site. The house is also equipped with a large Smart TV, Netflix and Chromecast. The beach and the cozy Moraira can be reached with a 16-minute walk!  

There are 2 spacious bathrooms and one separate toilet.
Both bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower and double sinks

One of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom. 

Furthermore, each bathroom has underfloor heating (in the winter months) and a hair dryer is available too.

The living room, dining room and kitchen together form one large space. Because of large sliding doors this space offers a nice view of the terrace and swimming pool. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances (Bosch brand) such as built-in oven, microwave, stove (induction) fridge, dishwasher, but also a mixer, coffee machine and kettle. All the necessities to make your favorite dish!  

There is a good bakery near the house for all your freshly baked bread and pasteries. The 'Solpark' tennis court is just a few blocks away. 

The village of Moraira can be reached on foot within 16 minutes (3 minutes by car).

The sea, beach, boulevard and all restaurants can all be found in Moraira.

The house is located on a quiet street with only local traffic which makes it a wonderfully quiet and private villa!
