We are Robbert and Renate de Haan and in 2006 we started an independent service company on the Costa Blanca in Spain. We perform our work, mainly, from Moraira / Benissa.
Our starting point is to offer full service to all our clients in everything that has to do with a (holiday) home on the Costa Blanca.

At Haan Residence you can choose from a selction of beautiful holiday villas which you can rent, directly from the owner in Moraira, Benissa and surroundings.
We oversee everything ourselves; we take care of the maintenance of the house, we arrange all rental matters, organize your clean linen package and give you personal attention!

Moving
Haan Residence is your partner in relocations. Operating on the entire Costa Blanca on behalf of
De Haan Relocations from the Netherlands, we daily take care of all concerns about a move. From our storage depot in Benissa where we have all materials, men and equipment available, we are your partner for removals both within the region and for any other part of the world.
Management & maintenance
Beside the maintenance of the rental houses, Haan Residence also "manages" the houses of a few customers. Many homeowners are not here all year round, but they want someone to keep a close eye on things.
Thanks to the many years of experience we have gained with our rental properties, we know exactly what to pay attention to during our checks.
In the meantime, we report our findings to the owner and discuss matters that need to be addressed. A safe and comfortable idea and when the owner comes back, everything is neat, clean and ready for their own stay. This includes making the beds and doing the first shopping!
