General
Villa Manita is a new property delivered to us in 2017. It has beautiful details, colour scheme and interior. The plot is closed and you can park your car on site. The house is equipped with TV and Netflix. The cozy Moraira and beach can be reached with a walk of only 16 minutes!
Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with:
- Comfortable boxspring beds (2x double en 2x single)
- Electrically operated shutters
- Air conditioning & underfloor heating
- Large and spacious wardrobes
All bedrooms lead to the terrace with swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a flatscreen TV too.
Bathrooms
There are 2 spacious bathrooms. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
The bathroom en-suite in the master bedroom also has a bath available.
In addition, all bathrooms are provided with:
- Toilet
- Sink
- Walk-in rain shower
- Hair dryer
Kitchen
From the living room you can slide right over to the dining table, which is adjacent to the kitchen.
The kitchen contains:
- Lots of storage options
- A large fridge and freezer
- A Senseo coffee machine
- A kettle
- A 4-burner gas stove
- A dishwasher
- And, of course, all other equipment such as mixer, toaster and a large variety of spices.
Outside
From the kitchen and living room you enter the terrace with swimming pool through the large sliding doors.
The terrace is equipped with:
- 4 sunbeds
- A lounge area with 2 large umbrellas
- A large dining table
- A grill (instead of a BBQ)
- A swimming pool of 8x4 m. and an outdoor shower
- Upstairs there is a roof terrace with a lovely lounge area (especially nice in the winter months)
Surroundings
There is a lovely bakery near the house for all your freshly baked bread and pasteries. The 'Solpark' tennis court is just a few blocks away.
The village of Moraira can be reached on foot within 16 minutes (3 minutes by car).
The sea, beach, boulevard and all restaurants can all be found in Moraira.
The house is located on a quiet street with only local traffic which makes it a wonderfully quiet and private villa!
