General
Casa Limera de Moraira is a beautifully renovated Mediterranean-style villa on a spacious plot of 1,012 m². With a living area of 269 m², it offers all the comfort you need across two floors. The villa features a large parking area for several cars and a ground-floor living level with a kitchen, living room, sitting area, and master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs (accessible via an internal staircase) there is a second living room with a TV area and three bedrooms. You can also enjoy the rooftop terrace with a lounge seating area and beautiful views over the garden, swimming pool, and surrounding area.
The newly landscaped garden and swimming pool provide peace and space. Relax on one of the sunbeds, enjoy a meal or drinks together under the large covered terrace while overlooking the beautiful garden. You can change clothes outdoors in the specially designed outdoor shower area.
The villa is equipped with central heating with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms for the summer. The beach and the lovely center of Moraira are less than a 10-minute drive from the property.

There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The upper floor has one separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, as well as one en-suite bathroom.
There is also an outdoor shower/changing area by the swimming pool.
Kitchen
The open kitchen is spacious and, in addition to plenty of storage space, has all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals. The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto. Of course, a dishwasher, kettle, mixer, and other appliances are also available.
There is plenty of cooling space in the American-style refrigerator with an ice cube maker, and the drinking water is filtered directly from the tap.
Under the covered terrace you can enjoy barbecuing on the WEBER gas BBQ.
Outside
From the living room and kitchen you can walk directly onto the new pool terrace, where you have a beautiful view of the newly landscaped garden. Next to the pump house there is an outdoor shower where you can easily change before taking a refreshing swim.
There are plenty of sun loungers on the pool terrace for sunbathing. The spacious private parking area offers space for at least two cars and is accessed from the street through an electrically operated gate.
Surroundings
The property is located in the Sabatera district, surrounded by supermarkets with a wide selection of delicious products.
At just a 5-minute drive away you'll find a bakery where you can enjoy fresh rolls in the morning.
