General
Villa Azurita is a luxurious detached villa which was newly completed at the end of 2017. The villa is over 300 m2 and is equipped with every conceivable luxury; separate air conditioners in each room, underfloor heating throughout the entire house, electrically operated roller blinds and a super luxurious kitchen with appliances from the brand "Gaggenou".

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with:

- Large and spacious fitted wardrobes
3 of the bedrooms have sea views.
The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with:

- A bathtub / jaccuzi
- A walk-in shower
Kitchen
Adjacent to the 8-seater dining table is the luxury kitchen.
The kitchen contains:
- A kitchen island
- Many storage options
- A large refrigerator
- A coffee machine with fresh beans
- A waterboiler
- A ceramic 4-burner hob
- A dishwasher
This way you can prepare your favorite dish while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea!
Outside
From the kitchen and living room you enter the pool terrace.
The terrace is equipped with:
- Sunbeds
- A lounge area with a large parasol
- A large dining table
- A gas BBQ from the Broil King brand
- A saltwater swimming pool of no less than 21 meters long and 3 meters wide. In the colder months of the year, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost).
Surroundings
The sea is 600 meters from the house. It is walkable, but please realize that the coast is mountainous. The nearest (pebble) beach is "Cala Pinets" and the sandy beach "Cala La Fustera" is a good kilometer away. Of course you can also drive to the picturesque Moraira with its cozy restaurants, boulevards and sandy beach.
