General
Casa Alrosa is a typical and authentic Spanish villa in very good condition. A friendly priced house in a beautiful location: close to the village and beach of Moraira. Suitable for up to 6 people.
The beds are new (2023) and there are air conditioners in all bedrooms. There is also fiber optic internet, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a bbq, a cozy fireplace for the winter months and more! Everything you need for a carefree holiday.
The plot can be closed with a (manually operated) gate. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, has a beautiful garden, sun all day and in combination with the sea view, it is therefore perfect for relaxation.
The cozy Moraira and beach can be reached with a 16-minute walk (3 minutes by car).
Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with:
- Comfortable box-spring beds (2x2 persons per bedroom)
- manually operated shutters
- Air conditioning & heating
- Spacious fitted wardrobes
NB: Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs (accessible from the outside) is the 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom.
Bathrooms
Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower/bath, a sink with a large mirror and a toilet.
Downstairs is the 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
A hair dryer is also provided.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is next to the living room and provides access to the terrace on the side of the house. The kitchen is full of character and authentically Spanish. It is equipped with all conveniences and modern appliances.
The kitchen is complete and offers, among other things, a large fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner gas hob, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside
The spacious enclosed plot of over 1000m2 offers space for 3 cars. You enter through a (manually) operated gate.
The pool terrace can accommodate 6 people and is perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable sun beds or for a refreshing dip in the pool.
When you walk towards the kitchen, you will find a 2nd terrace where you can dine or have a drink at the large dining table or grill on the griddle.
On the terrace level, next to the (private) garage, is the 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom.
Through an outside staircase you access the main house upstairs with a large naya with beautiful sea views, the living room, the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the spacious kitchen.
Surroundings
"Around the corner" of the house is a large supermarket: Pepe la Sal. Here you can do all your grocery shopping.
The beach of Baladrar is within walking distance (8 minutes), as well as the beach of Moraira (16 minutes' walk).
The cozy fishing village of Moraira can be reached on foot within 16 minutes. By car it is only a 3-minute ride.
In the village you will find the beach, the marina, the boulevard, unique boutiques and cozy terraces and restaurants.
The house is located on a quiet street with only local traffic. Wonderfully private and quiet!
